Anybody have one of these? Experiences with it, thoughts on quality, etc. Ordered a Savage Steath in 6.5 CM today. Looking over some reviews I saw where a few people used this scope. I jumped the gun and ordered one after reading a lot of decent reviews. Afterwards I read some stuff about quality issues with the Crossfire II series. I figured I would try and cancel the order on Opticsplanet and upgrade to a Vortex Viper HS 4-16X50. A bit less magnification and is about $75 more. Excellent reviews, good glass, etc. From the hour before when I ordered it til I called it was already being shipped, lol. So couldn't cancel in time. They said they could send me a return kit and all that good stuff. So great service on their part. However, if this scope is alright, I could just keep it to avoid the hassle. Thoughts??
All of my other scopes are Nikons btw. Very pleased with them. I like the look on some of the Vortex scopes on chassis and tactical rifles though. Read good stuff about Vortex but this will be my first.
