What is the target situation. Is it on a mechanical rail or pulley system or is it static like a wooden frame and cardboard backer? I dont want to waste my time and money or theirs (my tax money) if the target is flopping around in the breeze? I need to test some benchrest CF loads and I need a static target. Thanks!

Standard Target stands that you set up and take down when you’re done. Ie wood frame, sticks and cardboard backer.

Probably won't have to worry about it blowing in the wind too much as it's indoors. You will get some steps in though.

And place your target with the light shining on it. Might have to move it forward or back a couple of feet. Makes it easier to see at 100, since it’s indoors.

@Miss Lily

She's spent a few days in that range...

All wooden frames.

Correct. Wooden frames with cardboard backers.

There is no charge to use the facility but, reservations are required. Please visit the website for more information.

I need to plan a trip back. It’s been way too long.
