I loaded up some factory primed Norma 5.56 cases. I trued up the necks by doing neck sizing only. Today I had one of the reloads fail to fire. When I examined the cartridge I saw the shoulder was way pushed back, so far that the round just dropped in past proper chambering. There's nothing that I can think I would have done to it when charging and seating the bullet to cause this. It is almost like a .222 case marked 5.56mm
