Thanks to the contributions of various members, we are proud to officially announce that the Western Carolina Meet & Greet is scheduled for Saturday, October 7th 2017.
The meet will begin officially at 10am, with the shooting beginning around noon subject to change.
The location will be in Statesville, NC. Further location details at a later date.
Please see and participate in the potluck thread for food contributions and details.
Attendance and participation are contingent upon signing a liability waiver to protect the private property owner. If you aren't willing to sign a liability waiver, you will be disinvited and asked to depart said private property, with no exceptions. This is true regardless of whether or not you choose to participate in the shooting events, so be aware of that when deciding about coming.
Anyone that wants to contribute to the event in a voluntary capacity, please coordinate with me via PM and I will be thrilled to have your assistance.
Food and material contributions are extremely valuable assets for this event, so if you are so inclined, we welcome those contributions.
Finally, we would appreciate any monetary contributions if you are inclined to make them, as we will be incurring some expenses to cover extra food expenses as well as portable bathroom facilities on site.

If you're planning on attending, please PM me so I can add you to the list of attendees, along with persons you're bringing along. Attendance will be monitored to avoid random strangers showing up uninvited and for the overall safety and enjoyability of the event.
