What blade are you carrying today?

I only started carrying a knife recently. Only need something small and easy to carry....went with the Kershaw Chive. It is only a couple inches long. Nice looking, slim, sharp, ans stainless. Only complaint is that it does not sit deep enough with clip.

I have the same issue with a Kershaw Blur. Pops Custom Clips makes deep concealment clips for all sorts of knives, and they are usually in the $25-30 range. I'm not sure if they make one for the Chive, but it's worth a look. I found them through eBay.

Thanks. Google search led me to him yesterday. Found a clip for the Leek but not Chive. Then again, I got distracted. Will look again tonight.

Ive heard a lot of good things about microtechs, but Im a benchmade man myself

Picked up the new Benchmade 560. Great alternative to the griptillian, similar to a Ritter grip. Cpm-s30v blade with a high grind and nice thumb ramp. The new dual durometer handle sticks in your hand like glue, but theres a trade off... The handle material gives added friction when pulling it out and inserting in the pocket. If I used my knife a few times a day, it would be no problem. I use my knives dozens of times everyday at work and I like to too much to sell it for that small trade off, so this one will go in the garage for tool box duty.

Big bro and little bro

FINALLY!

After several years of not really liking any folder whatsoever, I finally got one that I am emotionally attached to. I like this thing a lot!

Medford Knife and Tool 187 Deployment OD

Titanium on the back, titanium pocket clip, G10 on the front D2 TOOL STEEL BLADE!

She is VERY sharp. Pretty big too. It became my daily carry about two weeks ago when I got her.

My newest additions from LT Wright that also happen to be my EDC most days:

Nice! Love me some LT Wright/Blind Horse/Battle Horse!

Are both of those D2 steel? The bottom one looks a little lighter colored steel.

Carrying the Signal again today.

Im trying to get more and more used to it.
Its larger in each direction than the Skeletool Ive been EDCing for a while, even more so than the Wave...but I love the features of it (the hammer on it has come in handy quite a bit already). It's just bulky. But at least Im not carrying a MUT like Dan haha

Here it is partially opened up, this isnt showing even half of the features of the Signal, its a very cool tool

thanks to a post by @Vyntage I've been carrying this Ganzo G729 most days...the Snake Eye is one of many cheapo "tactical" knives I've bought off eBay, and is the one I currently carry the two evening a week I work my other job where it gets abused cutting hoses and construction debris

Hmmm...just noticed there's a screw missing on the cheap one. Either need to find one or pull a different knife from the drawer.

Anybody know anything or have any experience with William McHenry knives?

Kinda fru fru "gentlemans" styler pocket knives.

They look nice ... too nice/expensive for carrying daily (in my opinion)

Indeed. Mine is way simpler than the ones on their website. Bought it back in the day when I was working in an office.

But never carried it because......too shiny. And frankly have better carry knives. Thing has sat in a box until I took it out for a day and ex-girlfriend threw box away.....grrrr. Knife collectors will know how stupid that is.

Anyway, going to unload it for something I will use.

The website looks pretty fru fru. If I'm paying high dollar for a knife, I want high performance. Don't care about being mistaken for a "gentleman".

I agree. Fru Fru like a Rolex. You can certainly buy a watch for cheaper and likely get much better "performance" from a 75$ Casio.

But......Rolex. Nobody gives a sh%t about Casios.
I am a Casio guy, which is why I am looking to unload this.

But this knife is actually nothing like whats on the site. It's much more simple and quite useable. Very thin, very sharp, and very good quality. (some oil on blade in photo) But still too nice for me to carry.

Least I could do in exchange for your help getting my Form 1s approved.

edit - if you are looking for more, check out their Firebird line; specifically the ones with carbon fiber scales.
