100 fast jump rope
40 pushups
120 sit ups

Totalling
600 jumps
240 pushups
720 situps

Upped my Smith machine by 5 lbs on a set.
Worked out weights for an hour, 20 minute cardio cool down that was supposed to be 35 minutes but a silly emergency at work got in the way.

If all goes well I’m going to load up a pack and do some mileage this weekend. Hauling a pack is an underrated workout. When I have been a slacker I can feel it in my back, hips and legs. Guess there is a reason why the military does it huh?

Day #8 at Disney world. I’ve achieved a minimum of 25k steps daily. We aren’t going to talk about healthy food other than the fact that I’m actually eating more than 1 meal a day here as opposed to at home. And honestly think he most unhealthy thing I’ve had so far was donut holes covered in powdered sugar and caramel. That and the never ending stream of cola

My issue is time. I now keep ready to go training pack. Today as an example I took my truck in to get an oil change. instead of me sitting in the lobby, I walked. This use of my time is critical.

No, no one was hurt...well, my pride was hurt, but that is it. The car I hit was empty. Scratched up the front passenger wheel well. My son didn’t even know I had hit the car. Just need to suffer through a court appearance since she decided to call the police and this will all be a thing of the past.

Yep. Long rucks take time. I started waking up early during the week for a simple 2-3 mile walk. Plan on adding the pack and stretching the mileage on the weekend. Will start at a 3 mile route I have and go to 6 miles next week. Really need to get to the mountains. Hills male a huge difference in the challenge. Flat sucks.

I took a walk. Half way through stopped at a Mexican neighbors had a drink then walked back home. The neighbor is actually from Aztec Indian decent and speaks little English. He's in his 70's just an awesome little guy.

No big deal the DA will dismiss once they get a letter of responsibility.

Yes, thanks. That is what the cop told me as well. It’s really not a big deal on the grand scheme of things. Just need some time to stop feeling embarrassed. @Chdamn helps so much with that. How you ask? By putting a helmet on me in case I crash into anything else. He turned tears into laughter.

I walked a mile (on a treadmill) and pedaled 4 miles (on a stationary bike) during a cardiac rehab session. That's about as much exercise as I get these days, except for jumping to conclusions.

Walked 3.5 miles today, some of which was single track (aka snake and poison infested woods) in our local park with the DW.

Walked 10 miles, 6 in sand. My feet hurt, barefoot was not a great idea.

Diet wasn’t great, but zero sugar, flour, rice or milk.

I have dance class two days a week unless performing...today was my Tuesday class. I take care of the horses stalls and feeding 4-5 hours every day. I TRY to watch what I eat and portion size but stay away from sodas, diet or otherwise.

Going golfing today and since my golf is Army golf, I will end up with 15,000 steps on my Fitbit; left/right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left/right

Waled to whole fking foods in 100 degree heat only to find it a flippin zoo. Walked all the way back in 100 degree heat and mud from a watermain break. Have mud on my shoes. I better be flking healthy now! Sweatin like a lib in a lone star.

worked a 12 hr shift, drove 40mins home then did a 30 min run / walk. I am 20 sec's off my mile goal time. Once I reach it I only have to maintain it for 3 more miles. LOL

A little over an hour at the gym. 10 mins each on the stationary bike and cross step. 3ths of a mile on the treadmill( doctor wants me to be able to do 2 miles without my cane). I am working on it. 4 different weight machines for the legs. 45 to 60 reps on each with about 40 lbs. It is helping but progress is slow.

Rode for an hour this morning then went and picked up my “dad bmx” so I can have something to wheelie and jump.

Had 5 eggs instead of 6 in my omelette. o_O

Lifted chest and triceps

Shower

Mixed drink.

Life is good.

(Worked on my Jeep this afternoon which was good for my soul)

Same routine almost every day. First, eat right everyday, low carbs no added sugar.

Next, head to the gym. Usually work two body parts but in the summer heat I’m down to one per session. 1/2 hour of aerobics minimum. Either incline on treadmill, ride a stationary bike, or elliptical.

Some young somewhat large but fit early 20’s youth walked in today and went straight to the dumbbells. I was doing 60’s, he went straight to the 100’s. Pumped them out like nothing. He looked like an NFL linebacker.

I walked a lot and sweated a lot at a match....does that count? lol.

And had nothing on my lunch hot dog...and unsweet tea.
