What have you recently purchased that is firearms related?

1 quart of Mobil 1 10w30
1 quart of Castrol Transmax Dex 6
1 quart Mobil 1 75-90

Homebrew firearms lube...quart of 10w30, quart of Dex 6 and 1/2 qt of gear oil.

If the recipe is right, then you bought the wrong portions. You're one quart shy of Mobile 1 10W30 and Dex 6...

:D

Picked my PSA stripped lower from my FFL Tuesday. Ordered a lower build kit with a Magpul ACS-L stock and a PSA enhanced polished fire control group last night. I guess I'll be assembling it all next weekend. Then I'll need to decide about an upper.

A stock for the 6.5 Grendel build.
A ham rig and front lunchbox locker for the Jeep. Well, maybe the Jeep stuff isn't really gun related but I do take the Jeep to the range.

Oh, and a 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk for the wife so I can take the Jeep to the range.

I'm officially broke now.

Picked up a M&P9 for my oldest daughter to use during training and, hopefully, matches. Also picked up some 147gr ammo.

David @ OutdoorLimited has some awesome deals on ammo. Mainly picking up defense rounds. But they had some target .40 S&W for $10.99, 50 rounds 9mm HST for $18. Look them up, located in High Point.

Got a deal on a NIB Millet DMS-1, so now I have something to put on an AR I'll be picking up soon. The DMS-1 has been out for several years and has been replaced by a newer model, hence the good deal, but one thing it was known for was being very solidly built and I'll attest to that. It's a 1-4x24 illuminated fast acquisition type scope that uses a 1moa dot in a 10moa ring with 2moa crosshairs so with those various references you can also actually do some very rudimentary ranging, etc. at 4x. The illumination is weak, useful only at night/twilight and the eye relief is pretty narrow at 4x, but it is a stout piece and known to hold zero with repeatable adjustments.

Picked these up from a member today. He just happen to have some questions about NFA forms and took a chance on asking me if I knew much about it. Lucky him. :D

Just last month I faxed the one-page order form off to the CMP for one of the refurbished Daisy M853 single-pump air rifles, and promptly forgot about it. Less than two weeks later, a box containing this beautiful example shows up...

I can't tell it from a new rifle. The aperture sight was still in the little Daisy box. The stock is gorgeous; that picture does not do it justice (not the greatest lighting). I have three different pellet types, but I've only tried Daisy premium grade pellets outdoors offhand. Those circumstances probably limit the rifle's ability; I'm sure I haven't found the true potential yet.

Sure, it's an air rifle and doesn't burn powder, but it lets me work on fundamentals more than I would otherwise be able to, and it supports the CMP.

So PSA got some 300 BLK uppers in stock (16" barrel, they've had pistol length available off and on, but haven't had 16")... at $270 shipped, that's roughly $50 lower than the lowest "never heard of them" brand that I've found.

Hopefully my better half understands because "something something forgiveness than permission?"

Took advantage of Aliean Gear's 2 Holster combo. Bought the Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB and Cloak Mod OWB. Ordered and extra shell as well. They were running a promo so I got a free mag carrier as well.

Post office called, asked if I could come pick up my big heavy box that they couldn't get off the cart it was dropped off on....lol

It's only 65lbs of lead, but I doubt my normal mail carrier weighs more than 80lbs, and she's a sweetheart, so I went and got it.

3000 124gr bullets, 3000 peices of 9mm once fired brass, trigger for my G17 from OCC triggers, got new sights on my shield, ordered a few small things for one of my ARs, and got the Crowfoot wrenches I need for barrel nuts.

Keeping it in the family...

Five 325rd boxes of 22LR yesterday from a CFF member
.40 Charter Arms Pitbull (black nitrided version) yesterday from a CFF vendor

Saturday I snagged 6000 CCI SPPs and a pound of Titegroup from a CFF member, which he'd bought from a CFF vendor but never got around to using...also included 500 pieces of 9mm brass and a colt pattern AR mag

AR500 Armor
Level III 10x12 plates (Curved Front/Flat Back)
Trauma Pads - front and back
Condor plate carrier

Got the package for less than $200 shipped.

I have a Hardwire Level IIIA 10x13 (Dyneema) Ballistic Panel coming for my "brief case". Weights less than 1lb.

........and 1K rounds of Fiocchi 9mm 115gr FMJ, to feed my pet "Scorpion"

Not necessarily firearms related, but I bought a Powertac Cadet Gen II flashlight. Already have an E5. Powertac makes some great flashlights.

Lower build kit from PSA with rifle buffer/tube and a MOE fixed rifle stock. going to finish it off this evening.
