I'll be right there!

Well the wife met a good friend for a movie and I met both of them for supper at the Full Moon Oyster Bar in Jamestown. They were late so I have an order of fried calamari while I waited. After they got there, having observed some people getting shucked oysters and how small they were running, I talked the wife into splitting a pound of grilled shrimp. Her friend got a half dozen medium steamed oysters and they were small.

Don, if you're looking for a great place for a fancy meal in High Point check out Blue Water Grill on Main Street. The entire menu is great but make sure you start with the Crab Bisque! You may end up ordering more than one bowl!

Helluva leftover night. Sounds similar to mine...baked chicken, green beans, pintos, baked potato, rice, gravy. My daughter beat me to the leftover taco stuff :(

Full Moon's grilled shrimp are pretty good, but not nearly as good as their grilled scallops.

My wife and I really like Full Moon. She gets the crab legs every time we go. We went a couple of weeks ago and I got the clam chowder and grilled oysters that the bar tender recommended. They were excellent.

A1? I'da complained if the steak wasn't any good.

Me and a buddy were at a steak house and when the waitress brought the steaks she asked, "Do you need any steak sauce?" My buddy said, "Well, I hope not." It struck me as so funny it took me a couple of minutes to stop laughing before I could eat

Our Christmas dinner was bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Homemade cathead biscuits, a layer of thick sliced bacon, a hunk of cheddar cheese, topped with frothy scrambled eggs. Simple and delicious.

They were both good! lol

Goulash from J.Betski's in Raleigh... Creamy spatzle with gravy and mushrooms, topped with venison and veal meatballs, served with beef cabbage rolls and sauteed collards... Started with smoked sausages and pierogies, baked oysters and smoked salmon salad... Finished with a chocolate hazelnut torte, topped with bacon, sea salt, and caramel... Beyond good... One of the best meals I've ever had... Happy Birthday to me...
