What's for dinner?

Boneless beef short rib, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli.

If that's not a secret recipe, I'd love to see it posted!
Not secret at all. There's a link in the description of the video with a list of ingredients.

In the version I made though, I substituted bacon for the ham, and green bell pepper for the celery. I also added some buttermilk with the cream for some tanginess.

Today I fired up the grill for the first time since Thanksgiving. It's either been too cold, too rain, or wife made vegetable soup. I made Vortex wings. I was so out of practice I forgot to take a picture.

scallops 001.JPG scallops 007.JPG I forgot to post pictures of my Scallops coated in flour, cooked in olive oil and garlic and parsley. Then put on top of whole wheat pasta with Romano Cheese. Windini note the ROMANO CHEESE on the dish.:):):)

Jut a little dish that I make, smoked sausage, onion, pepper, sweet & sour sauce. Cooked in my wife's grandmothers old pan.

Cooked and served over rice, mmmm mmmm, it's good!

Tonight will be Nashville-style hot fried chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Chicken is already soaking in the buttermilk/hot sauce/pickle brine mixture.

Update w/ pics. My wife isn't a huge fan of hot food, so I dialed the cayenne back for the sauce. Still pretty good. Also, that's the sauce that makes it look burnt.
