which bad .454 decision should I make here?

Thanks to all of you, my lust for a ported 4" Alaskan to daily carry is now back with a vengeance.

We can clean it up a bit if it isn't too bad with a small file and some green scotchbrite. Depending on damage. Buy it, take to AK, then sell it to me :)
