@Chdamn showed me the wagyu beef tallow from Amazon and we use it on occasion. It’s good to fry eggs in, cook in green beans if you don’t have bacon grease(imagine a world without that stuff), or put it on butcher paper before wrapping up your smoked beef in it to finish.

Had 3 prime briskets worth of trimmings and made a batch. Half pints for some friends and family but wife says they go in the camper. I’m struggling to disagree…. Liquid gold.
