Who gets the stamp?

When my form 4 is approved where will the atf mail the stamp? Does it go to the FFL where I bought the suppressor or does it come to me?

Goes to the FFL that you purchased it from. You will get it after you fill out a 4473 and pick it up.

It's "supposed" to go to the transferor. It should be folded such that the name & address in box 3a shows through the envelope's window. The previous forms were occasionally folded so that the postman delivered it to the transferee instead.

The current form looks like that shouldn't be an issue anymore.
