Wild Teenager attacks in DC and Chicago

The attack of the man in DC is bad but that Chicago attack of a special needs girl that those _____s lulled into their group under the guise of being “friends” is beyond words. I know youths can be mean as hell but that is beyond words.

Children are born sociopaths... all of them. The only thing that changes that is education and socialization from the parents or empathy gained by being the victim of other sociopaths.

When the parents are completely hands off in teaching their kids this is the result.
 
Even though DC is a GFZ and at night it's a criminal's wet dream..........a can of pepper spray or a stun gun is legal there, and would've been at least some help. Personally, I feel that jail time would be worth sending a few of those POSes straight to hell

actually children arent born sociopaths. psychopaths are born -their brains being fundamentally different than normal brains. sociopaths are made - thats one of the desitinctions between the two with both groups sharing common characteristics,with sociopaths being generally less severe and developed over time as a product of environment
