My home has windows that were lifetime warranty until covid and they got bought and consolidated and then shut down. These are all double hung windows. I am in need of some parts and have no idea what they are or if ia stuck buying new windows. The last renters tore them all up.
Pieces needed are the pins that are in the bottom of the bottom window and the corresponding plastic holder or socket that pins go into and then that allows the bottom window to remain up when pulled up. That plastic part fits in the window frame. Any help or ideas would be great i am in Matthews.
