what is the best cleaner for it ?3M window weld urethane. Clean all of the old stuff off to the absolute best of your ability, put the urethane adhesive in place, and stick either a large pool tube or inflatable mattress on the inside and inflate it. You want it to push the window against the fabric as hard as it can while it cures.
Im thinking that if the old glue is dried up and flakey? Scrape off what you can to get rid of the loose stuff, then maybe some brake cleaner with wont harm the fabric till its ready for the new adhesive. I really like member Supermatch's advise about how to hold the window up against the top.. Thats pure genius.what is the best cleaner for it ?
I would just try scraping and maybe might wire brush and then clean with alcohol. I’m not sure if those are glued in or heat bonded like some newer cars.what is the best cleaner for it ?
