Another great get together, thinking about moving over to Cheddars for the next couple. Any thoughts, or other suggestions.

Play Dead!

Good dog.

Good time seeing everybody. Cheddar's is fine by me if we want to take a break from Wild Wangs for a while.
Our server wasn’t the best this time. And the music! And non chicken flavored bubbles.

I think we should keep the meet up at the current location. It is pretty much central for most the the regulars, easy parking and dog friendly. We can move the meet up time to 12:03 if yall like. 🤣. See yall on 3 more Saturdays.

I thought you were done with that place!

The Viking must've got a-hold of him in the interim.
It is really a hard call, but 1 time of schitty service and food isn't worth it in my opinion to change yet, now if it stays schitty then a change of venue will be in order.

It doesn't matter to me (outside of food poisoning!).

I'm not there for the food & service; I'm there to spend time with you all.

:)
Well it is settled, if someone dies from the food we will consider changing places.

Hear me out........ there a skeet shooting place in spring creek called FOWLER FARMS. (Madison County) What if those of us that wanted to attend the luncheon and wanted to shoot skeet EARLY showed up there at 9 am to skeet shoot. Then went to the regular luncheon with whoever couldn't make it? Maybe a 1 time event depending on how many show up? I'd guesstimate 40 to 50 min between fowlers and wild wings depending on traffic?

You can show up with just money and shoot. They have guns, ammo, golf carts (I'm definitely getting one $15) for 100 rounds of skeet. $40 per person (per 100 skeet) if you bring own ammo.

Just an idea, missed last 2 because prior obligations, going to miss next one because turkey season NC. I just wanted to throw an extra idea into hat, hopefully see some you in May. If you have any questions message me I'll try to answer them best of my knowledge.

Sounds like fun, however most people are coming in from the Hendersonville area and fighting the 26 traffic to begin with. I am not opposed to doing one like this but maybe have the lunch at Dave's 209. It is the old school house in Spring creek. I'll bring it up at the next lunch and see what people are thinking, or feel free to post here.

I haven't been to Fowler Farms since... well, a long time. It was (hope it still is) a GREAT place to shoot clays!

It might be ambitious to do both on the same Saturday, but there are more than one Saturdays per month, I'm pretty sure. :)
I'll check the calendar and get back with you.🤣

I checked the calendar and then verified with Google, and you are correct there are multiple Saturday's in a month. I do believe something could be put together at fowler farms and Dave's 209.

It's still a great place shoot clays, they have gotten a little more modern since you've probably been. They give groups cards to put in a machine at each station. It counts how many clays you use, everyone gets up to 120 clays (20 extra for broken or bad throws.) It's about 2 extra per station. I've went 3 times since they installed it and we've never had to pay for extra clays. Anything over 120 clays is like 10 or 20 cents per clay if I'm remembering correctly.

Are you sure? It's a leap year, you know.

In this new world of augmented, altered, re-written reality, I don't know anything anymore.

This weekend is fast approaching, looking forward to seeing y'all and hopefully better than mediocre food.

Y’all aren’t taking this one on the road to Chad’s? 🤔
