If the same guy, in the same house, with the same gear, was located just a few hundred miles west or south, the incident with the car fire would have been the extent of the matter.

We Like minds think alike! When I read this my immediate thought is this lady Donnelly doesn't have a clue about the real world. However she appears to have a very good background in her career of enforcement. . Why she made a remark like that is odd to me. But then again she is a politician.
