Dunno. This was the portion of the ad in the email that said it:

When I clicked Learn more it just took me to shirt.woot.com, and I looked around. Picked four random shirts to add to my cart. Discount automatically applied (showed Prime discount) once I logged into Amazon account for checkout.

Just wanted to add a little feedback. I’ve probably ordered over a dozen of shirts from Woot!, maybe even two dozen. Had an issue with one of these four recent ones and thought I’d share my experience.

I always wash new clothes on a quick cold/cold cycle and hang them to dry before I wear them. After washing these four new ones, I noticed one was stuck to itself when I pulled out. When I went to pull it apart, I was left with this:

    0538DC0B-4405-490E-8644-8035976FDBA6.jpeg

I sent them an email Sunday evening. Got a reply at 7:39p on Sunday that said:

    Hello there,

I’m sorry to hear that your shirt was defective after wash.

To make things right for you, we’re sending a replacement immediately for the same shirt. You will receive updated tracking information as soon as your item ships out.

As you are our valuable customer, You will not need to return the item to us and you’re welcome to dispose or donate it as you see fit.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I'll be happy to help.

    Happy Wooting!

I was a little worried because the shirts aren’t always available. Sometimes they only make one batch.

In this case, they still had them in stock in my size, and shipped it out on Monday. They sent it UPS Next Day and I got it today.

Kinda hard to argue with that level of customer service.

Anybody want a new, but slightly damaged 2XL shirt? You can consider it weathered/vintage if you’d like. :D

Any tee shirts with a decal printed on it should be put in the dryer inside out, with a cooler setting. The plastics in the paint will melt with high heat.

I hang dry all mine on a rack. This one got messed up in the wash, on cold. Weird.

I left a screen printed t-shirt on the hood of my black car after sweating through it one day. Screen print side down. Thought it would dry quick and be good for the next go round of outdoor work in about 20 minutes. Got distracted and went in for the day. Came back out the next morning saw the shirt and thought nothing of it...grabbed it halfway through the day and it was stuck to the hood. A quick snap of the wrist and the entire front screenprint graphic was on my car. Panicked a little bit and grabbed a wet hand towel...lucky for me it was still warm and came right off with some elbow grease.
