You sold your house yet? What was the percent increase on the sale from initial purchase?

Halifax County VA its $7500 minimum to 300' and $30/ft beyond that. Also, you have to put in a septic system unless you can get the county to issue you an agricultural permit for the well.

$14k sounds pretty market rate to me.

Yep that is the plan. We just have to find them both.

Found once used conex in Charlotte for around 6k. The used ones are 3800 and have been cycled out of service after 18 or so years. So they are sure to smell and might not be good for furniture like beds.

This is what my wife wants to do. Store and stay while building a smaller home. We don’t use half the house but I would need a 2000 sqft building for my stuff and the kids junk still here.

We are doing a 1067 sqft house and might do a small pole style barn.
 
Check Zeno marshalls used cars for the conex. They used to have pretty good prices. And they deliver too.
