You all put some fat a$$es in kayaks!
I weigh about 240. The other 60lbs is my lunch.
I’m hovering around 300 currently, trying to cut that down significantly. The yaks with the higher weight ratings seem more stable to me. That’s why I went with a Hobie Pro angler 14 for my pedal drive, and still have my big rig. I’m a big dude and with fishing gear and sometimes a cooler weight adds up fast. Both yaks I have give me plenty of extra cushion in the weight department.
