Apparently last time out we forgot to finish cleaning out the cooler... nasty.

After some soap and water, a soak in some bleach water and a second bath she's good to go again.

Also found some trash hiding on there that I needed to throw out too.

Clyde helped

Yeah, we all know from experience that once that starts to go bad it becomes unbearable in a hurry.

I had to clean mine out not long ago. I came back from the cabin and forgot was in the back of the truck. I got to it a week or so later...milk, cheese, beer, eggs, butter, hamburger...yeah, it was nasty!!!!! Make a buzzard puke! But a good squirt with the water hose and a hot bleach water bath and she's good as new!!!!

Yeah but we are quick learners and will not make that mistake again.

Just curious, and not hijacking the thread since its really a Seinfeld thread about nothing :) .... but are these High end coolers like yeti worth the price tags? I don't camp much and never more than a couple days, but can you guys explain some of the advantages of having them vs a 40 dollar coleman?

Keeps ice for well over a week which is about our longest trip.

Awesome while at the beach fishing (if you have a cart to pull it around in).

Keeps bears out!

Great for sticking stickers on too. (Or tearing them off, whichever floats your boat)

I wish I could swap the logo on some shirts. I've got CSC shirts that are just right, nicely worn in and comfy so I don't want to ditch em.
