Yeah it was like 2 days total and delivered on the 3rd. Stupid fast.
 
I am glad everyone is getting them quickly and you like them. Since I make these myself and one off's I have total control of turn around time. I have had several people ask if they will get them before Valentines Day, the answer is YES as long as I get the orders by 2/8 they should ship by 2/10. After I drop them at UPS Its out of my control. They will ship from High Point, NC

I got these in the mail today after sending in a pic with my idea on Saturday. My cell phone and dirty countertop doesn't do them the justice they deserve so sticking with the photo above 🤣
Couldn't be happier with them and I'm sure the folks getting one will be thrilled too.

I’ll keep it in mind. It’s not far off from what my 16yo listens to, but I was hoping to add some Beastie Boys and a couple other things. 🤣

It would work as-is though…even though I’m not sure he’s ever seen a cassette.

Tell me what you would want added and taken away, I was playng with it in Photoshop and I might be able to make it happen.

Some of you will notice there’s one band you probably don’t recognize. Daryl had the genius idea to put my son’s name on one of the cassette spots. So he swapped in seven cassettes I wanted added, then put my son’s name in there (which resulted in moving one more cassette around so the name would be kinda in the middle).

Excellent work!

ETA: the swaps were simply due to the fact that three bands he listens to (Poison, Ratt & Iron Maiden…plus some Beastie Boys) weren’t originally included. We took out Tom Petty (my choice, one of the few artists I can’t stand to listen to) plus several my son doesn’t listen to (The Who, The Police, Blue Oyster Cult, The Cars, and the Clash). He put my son’s name where on of the Kiss tapes were, and move Kiss into a Fleetwood Mac spot, since my son doesn’t listen to them. 😎

I say all ^that^ just to say it wasn’t a completely custom pic. He had the designs available from earlier in the thread. Has one for rock, one for rap and one for country…all older stuff.

But I asked if he could do the swaps, and then I tried to save him a little effort by hunting down pics of the cassettes I wanted swapped in…and that was much harder than I expected. 🤣🤣

So, if you have an idea based on something else you’ve found, definitely ask to see what can be done. I’m very pleased with how this one turned out. No doubt it’ll look great in person (like the other four I got).
 
The two I gave last week were well received. Hanging on to the cassette design one for a few more months before he gets it.
