400 degrees and smother them in bbq sauce repeatedly for 75-90 minutes on the grillNice. We never had that cut up in Yankee land when I was growing up. I am never sure how to cook them. Smoke, grill, crockpot? I’ve grilled them, but don’t feel like I did them justice. Thinking a nice slow smoke next time with a sweet rub that will caramelize. But I’m open to suggestions.
