Was rereading the August 2020 issue of Guns Magazine a little while ago. Namely the article entitled "Be Prepared, Rifles for Troubled Times".
In it, the rifle reviewed is the Ruger Scout Rifle in .308 Winchester, all fine and good, well known rifle in a common clambering, magazine fed, accurate, and so on.........
And as I sat there reading what I've read previously, the proverbial light went on......
I've been giving considerable thought to adding a 6.5 Creedmore to the collection. And wouldn't you know it, the long gun setup I'd spend the coin on doesn't exist.....
I mean how badass would that be? A Ruger Scout Rifle in 6.5 Creedmore.........?
