Whadya mean "IF"?
Simple. Once he was charged no amount of video evidence showing self defense would cause the prosecutor to drop the charges.
You see vindication. He sees proof the kid fired the gun.

I also see a kid being attacked by multiple attackers that only a blind man could miss.
If Trump wins he should pardon Kyle, if he is convicted. If he loses, he should pre emptively pardon him.If Trump loses ... he should pardon Kyle, PC screwed LEO’s and a few others his last few months in office.
No, I don’t,p. My thoughts on matter tend to make it irrelevant,Should be. Do you think that is how it really is?
My post about Trump pardoning Rittenhouse was more of a joke ... you are correct President is Fed and Governor would be state. Can the president pardon for state crimes or only federal crimes?
He needs to pardon Snowden too.If Trump loses ... he should pardon Kyle, PC screwed LEO’s and a few others his last few months in office.
Did you read the thread? After watching many videos on YouTube of militia groups showing up at these protests the majority look and act like total idiots. I do support the red white and blue and totally support the second amendment. I see so many loose screws in these videos it's amazing we have any rights left at this point.
The young man apparently was on his own without any leadership at least that can be seen. If he was on a team as they should have been where did they go?
I saw a video of the "militia" before the shooting walking around wearing plate carriers ballistic helmets and gear. Where were these seasoned warriors when the fat fell in the fire? If you want to dress up and strut around keep it at home. Oh well E nuff said. God help us all.
Poor leadership. He was providing medical support to the protesters when riot activity cut him off from his own group, which came to protect private property.
Democrats urged the tech CEOs to do more to stop the spread of misinformation and content that could incite violence
who were unarmed.
Man charged with illegally buying gun for Kyle Rittenhouse
Dominick Black, of Kenosha, was charged with two counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a person under the age of 18, causing death.www.wisn.com
Please dont let facts get in the way.Uhm, WTF? Talk about gaslighting and retconning a well known event. That takes some nerve to just act like the third guy wasn't carrying that pistol he could not let go of after having his bicep blow off. Or that the second guy didn't use the skateboard to beat KR over the head making it a weapon. These idiots are just shameless at this point.
Even if he is not convicted, his life will be hard.
Just a word of advice here... you would do better to cruise the threads here before posting in to them. Most of what you are saying is nonsense, frankly. The biggest idiocy is the assertion that these people were, or even asserted themselves to be "militia." That argument only surfaced in the legal justification for him having a rifle. After watching many videos on YouTube of militia groups showing up at these protests the majority look and act like total idiots. Straw buyer for a Chicago gang? Don’t worry, you’re all good!
No we have not. Short of storming the jail, there is not much we CAN do. Money has been pouring in for his legal defense, and Lin Woods is providing (for free) one of the best lawyer representations you can get.America has let this poor kid down.
for domestic things, that's a fair argumentHe needs to pardon Snowden too.
Didn't he just surrender the proceeds of his book or something like that? I thought that was a precursor to him coming home or something.for domestic things, that's a fair argument
but isn't he wanted internationally for a number of other things? even if he came home, wouldn't we have to give him up under our extradition agreements?
He should pardon Snowden. I agree. Assange, too.He needs to pardon Snowden too.
But, I'd bet there's a bounty on his head.I just heard that Kyle made $2M bail and was released today.
I think he was fairly aware of the situation going in. He also had a med kit and was interviewed saying he was there to help. He was also asked to help a business that had previously been vandalized. His choice. He chose to do something instead of watching. Maybe not the choice I would have made, but I wasn't there.I prefer to avoid conflict. Kyle went to the hornets nest and kicked it so to speak. I believe he was in self defense. However I would not have put myself in that situation.
that being said, I hope trump pardons him.

I have a dear Ole Pard who did 35 years on HCPD and was Well thought of in the community. Sitting in the Gun Room one Sunday he said his entire career could be summed up by his daily directive to himself when he got in the car....Today, I will despence Justice with the Law. He is a fine example of what a LE can be.Our justice system has very little to do with justice as a whole across the nation.
Intentions only matter for so much, though. When people try to "do something" that they are entirely unqualified to do, they often end up making things worse. I'm not sure why anyone would think it was a good idea for a 17 year old with no tactical or medical training to go into a highly dangerous situation entirely unnecessarily in order to play TACMEDIC. The kid may have wanted to help, but anyone with any judgment should have been able to predict that there was a high likelihood of things ending badly. He almost died, he ended up killing several people, and now he could potentially spend the rest of his life in prison. For what? A used car dealership that was already badly damaged and was owned by someone he didn't even know? Discretion is always the better part of valor.I think he was fairly aware of the situation going in. Yes, but for the sake of argument....Intentions only matter for so much, though. When people try to "do something" that they are entirely unqualified to do, they often end up making things worse. All that said, it appears to me that the kid actually handled himself pretty well once the SHTF, and it's pretty clear to me that he only ever used force in self-defense. Hopefully he end up acquitted.
He's 17....most kids have no judgment. I hope it all works out ok for him, but now he has to live with the fact that he killed people. I feel bad for him.Intentions only matter for so much, though.
