Personally, I think Mr. Rittenhouse should have been given a medal and the key to the City of Kenosha.

I really have no idea what fate awaits this young man. The only thing that makes me concerned is the fact that our country has been suffering, for several years now, from mass ignorance, hysteria, indoctrination, reverse racism, celebrated violence and destruction rewarded by local municipal governments absent any accountability, etc…..

It would be shocking, but it would be no surprise to me at all if the jury came back with a “guilty on all counts” verdict and send this young man away for the rest of his life.

Based on what we’ve all witnessed going on in this country, and our government, it would be no surprise at all.

Yesterday, in a customers car. A local radio station dj that caters to the “colored” demographics was bitching about the lack of “people of color” on the KR jury. 🙄

Well…based on percentages, they’re as close to they can get for WI. 1/12 = 8.3%.

I've mentioned Darryl's very well researched history podcasts before. It's the only podcast I've sent $. He stepped out from the history because this trial has derailed him. I enjoyed this one as well, it's the first time he's clearly taken sides in his podcasts.

That means that they are overrepresented if the percentage on the jury is greater than the percentage in the population. Also, complaining about that is the essence of racism since race should not matter in chosing the jury or in the decision of the jury.

He came into office with a freaking mandate. The SEVEN next states with the highest EC that he won would have had to go to mccain for him to lose. Even if he would have lost 6 of them, he still would have been 12 EC votes ahead, and he would have won with 275. If ever there was ever proof that we were finally getting past racism, THAT was it.
And yet he spent 8 years talking about how bad racism was in this country. He lied. he told garbage stories before he had information (see the beer summit and "if i had a son"). He made race relations worse.
That's his legacy, and we're living it now

I agree with all except the bold part about getting past racism. I think it shows just the opposite. Lots of people of all races voted for him just because he is Black. That was the only qualification he had. They did not vote for him because of anything else. Even people who claim to love America voted for him even though he campaigned on destroying America. Voting for someone or voting against someone just because of his race is the essence of racism. He demonstrated that racism exists and did about everything he could to make racism worse in this country.

pretty hilarious take, obama ran a masterful campaign, in rallying the dullards, the NPRs, and the post-Laschian millennial narcissists who genuinely believed they could make the world better through the miracle of focus grouped linguistic acrobatics. hope change mcpeaceprize is the ultimate CIA creation and many people worked very hard to get him elected, so to say that he was elected purely because he was black is mega short sighted imo
 
I wanted to like obama. I did. I was willing to look past all sorts of things to give him a chance. But at every opportunity, he proved my optimism to be stupid. He never had plans, just speeches. Color never factored in to any of it for me, one way or the other.

I did not say he was elected just because he is Black but that lots of people voted for him just because he is Black. That shows that racism is alive and well on America.

Threats of violence against the jurors have already been made and repeated.
If it is a hung jury, the judge should declare mistrial with prejudice.
If the jury returns a guilty verdict, the judge must vacate the verdict and declare a directed verdict of not guilty or dismiss with prejudice.

His mother is white but his father, whoever that is, is a bit darker. He certainly identifies with Black people to try to gain an advantage. He did not identify publicly with the religion of his youth during the campaign because that would not go well with the voters.

Speaking of nascar.. the rope broke off my garage door the other day. I pulled a length of paracord and made a small bowline on one end, looped the free end through and around the door handle, then made a second bowline to pull on.
Now you and me both (but nascar and fbi don't) know that a bowline won't slip like a noose and looks nothing like one.
However, if you take the tail, wrap it around the rope a few times, then tuck the last inch underneath its own last loop... it takes on the resemblance. so i am now amused every time i go outside to open that door.

In Mexico it is just "plumo." Do what they order or death. That applies all the way up to the Mexican president, and many law enforcement units even in the US. They are a terrorist organization now.
 
I'm seeing a whole lot of "domestic abuse" protestors in these crowds.
