Eh…not messing with anyone else’s private property unless it is absolutely necessary…say, someone left their kid or their dog in a car, windows up, middle of summer and the kid/dog is in obvious distress. In that case, yeah…calling EMS/LE and then removing a window while they’re enroute.
Other than that, it’s THEIR property. You’re gonna have a really hard time reconciling a belief in individual liberty, then harming/destroying the property of another, simply because they did something that pisses you off.

Someone comes into my house, sees it and decides they are going to deface/destroy it because they don’t like it, is no different than screwing around with someone else’s vehicle.
