What say you...
GamerLike Boog, I like several different types that all work for me.
But my preference is the smoked Lancers. Just have a good feel and it is nice to see rounds in mag at a glance.
I have several magpuls that allow for extensions (taccom 18 round) that won't fit Lancers, so I use those a lot, too.

That's why I built a PCC - reloads? we don't need no stinkin' reloads.Only way I have a chance of doing well is with buttloads of roundz

Was it when they were at the match giving them away? That's when I gave them a shot and found them extremely impressive.I started with Gen2 windowed Pmags but have two Mega lowers with extra tight magwells that won't play well with Pmags. I got turned onto Lancer's several years ago and have never looked back. I agree that the smoke versions are great for round management at a glance.
BTW Brownell's has the 10-pack of Lancer Translucent FDE mags on sale for $130 and discount code: MCL should get you 10% off + FREE shipping (today only) even on back orders

Magpul for 30 rounders, USGI for 20 rounders. For my 300 Blackout, USGI 30 rounders.
I like Magpul 20s and 10s for bench shooting and hunting. Why do you prefer USGI 20s?
Lancer is my preference. I have zero issues with pmags but I like the construction of the Lancers more.
Thanks for all the replies. I’ve always been a magpul guy but this thread stemmed from a friendly debate with a buddy who claims Lancer mags are superior due to the steel feed lips and base plates. His assertion backed up by a poorly done YouTube video is that any kind of rough handling of a pmag will result in it cracking and failing, specifically if it is dropped.
@Combat Diver in your deployments did you ever have any pmag failures? And did you ever work with guys that chose Lancer over pmag?
While I’m sure Lancer are fine mags and have nothing against them I do not believe pmags are as fragile as my buddy argues. Of course steel is going to be stronger than plastic but that doesn’t mean the plastic is unreliable.
