So I’ve been doing some reading and research after talking to a friend who was recently diagnosed with Low T and well, I have a several of those issues. I set up an appointment with a endocrinologist, it’s not till March, today I had to go get a physical at my regular doctor office so I could get a refill on heartburn medication.
So as I was going through all of my symptoms of Low T, the doctor agreed I should be tested, they consider under 250 is low and needs treatment, but it has to be tested twice under 250 to be covered by insurance.
So next week I will be going to labcore for a blood test. Who knows, maybe it is the reason I feel like shit all day, hate everyone, can’t sleep, feel tired all the time, can’t recover from work outs, and can’t lose fat.
What also lead me to talking about this to a friend I have on TRT (Test replacement therapy), that if you’ve had a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) it could lead to low test, and that also leads to PTSD.
