I continue to try to limit portions, and be more active.
As Ive said before, my goal is 7k steps a day, but sometimes it doesnt work out. Like, for example, this past Sunday, I only had about2500... BUT I also played 2 hockeys games.
But I want to hit that number so I made another, new goal for me to work towards - 50k steps per week.
Thats about the same as my 7k per day, but just another thing to work towards.
Not weighed myself since the physical, no rush to do that, I know that this will take time
