I needed a local-ish 'smith and saw R&B Rifleworks mentioned in another thread for the Charlotte/Concord area. Decided to give him a call. Not only was his price more than fair, he was able to take me as a walk-in and fix my rifle while we chatted. Phillip is the owner and has a good setup for doing just about anything to a gun in his shop. I give my seal of recommendation.

Your post got me thinking and after a quick search of the word gunsmith. I found a few post for people looking for gunsmith recommendations. Mods would it be a good idea to make a sticky, where we can post the names of gunsmiths that we recommend with their locations and any specialities?

I had Phillip build me a rifle outta just a few parts I brought him. He finished my rifle he called " Frankenstein ", and it's been flawless. What he couldn't find, he made. I highly recommend him!!!!
