I could see having these around to scare off animals in the garden or farm. Easier alternative than to chase or attempt to dispatch nuisance animals.
 
One one those and a tripwire could be useful on varmint of the 4 legged kind as well as some 2 legged.

ETA … how long before these show up at antifa or blm riots?

After stumbling upon some airsoft videos on YouTube and seeing that these guys were using some decent looking flash bangs, I looked into these out of curiosity. Unfortunately, most of the good ones are only available in Europe. The ones we can get in the US are either unimpressive or very expensive for what they are. Of course, compared to the price of real flashbangs, ~$20/ea isn’t bad but we’re not door kickers. If you place a larger order and split it with friends, the hazmat fees don’t hurt as much.

In other parts of the world, there are some really cool reusable ones that use shotgun primers. I did find one source in the US that would sell to civilians, but they were like $200ea.
