2021 Smith & Wesson M&P 15/22 Pistol!

Put the first 10 rounds through it today. 4 unsuppressed and 6 suppressed. Was at the range for a different purpose and just wanted to make sure it functioned fine...and confirm the extractor didn’t need to be readjusted after it was put in the lathe for the thread work.

Don’t even have an optic or sights on it at the moment. Just dumped 10 rounds in the berm. Performed fine with and without a can.

Sights/Optic or not, I do that quite a bit. 😢

I don’t use CCI SV with my 4.5” 15-22 often, but haven’t had any issues when I tried it. I do know others that have.

I used it today because the barrel is (I think) 7-5/8” now? I’ll be interested in comparing the two once I get the Form 1 can done for the pistol.
 
I haven't done much with mine yet; still waiting on the Form 1, stock and front grip that will be added after approval.

As mentioned above, I did get an OEM A2 grip from Numrich and OEM sights, since I haven't decided on an optic yet. I also had a SBA3 with splitfix in my stash of parts from a previous pistol to SBR conversion, so I just swapped that with the brace that came on it.

Did some surfing yesterday and now have one inbound. @BigWaylon , how do you like that spare on there? Tempted to try one but may stick their strikefire ii on there so it matches it’s bigger brother 15-22.

Was that supposed to be Sparc? It’s the same red dot (the original version) I run on almost everything. I haven’t mounted it yet...but I do have one on my 15-22 SBR and it works well for me.

Put the handstop and Sparc on. Remembered I had a larger dummy can around and installed it just to see.

Form 1 can will look better. Shorter, larger OD, and no gap showing. Just waiting for it to get approved and then Cerakoted. Any day now for approval (or possibly disapproval...which isn’t going to be a total surprise).

I run bulk pack in the 4.5” SBR...but assume I’ll need to use my CCI SV in this one. Decided to mark a couple mags and try to keep them split that way.
 
Thanks. I have some SV, but a lot more Mini Mags and AR Tactical. I may have to post a WTT to see if I can get more.
 
@BigWaylon what optic are you using? I’ve got a Vortex Sprac AR and Vortex Spitfire AR. Not sure which model to run. Also looking at the Bushnell Lil P.

Original Sparc, because I had a couple of them here.
 
Got the internals in the tube. Two drops of Rocksett to hopefully keep the DT adapter attached, a couple wraps of Teflon tape on the barrel threads, and it’s done.
