Ok, well I apologize for "promoting" a website in which does not have a story to explain for the mass genocide, 2/3rd's of humanities rush to populate mars, or mass alien abductions (*Fiction - Do not take the last part of that sentence literally). I have my own theology and theories that I feel firmly about. I do my own research and have made my own conclusions in regards to the current state of the world and this 2025 forecast (from unknown, unverified sources) leans in favor of my own theory. Honestly, the happenings that will come about before this supposed forecast, is far more important than the actual fictional numbers presented by the website. Unfortunately, I do not have enough time during the day to put it all together for you, but maybe one evening, I will sit down and bring it all together and open up a 3+ page thread of individuals and their diatribe, whom are irritated because someone thinks for themselves and doesn't just hop on the forum and say.... "HELL YEA! MAGA! RAISE HELL AND EAT CORNBREAD". Granted, I love cornbread and a little hell raising here and there, but I digress. This was intended for everyone to look at, draw their own conclusion and maybe do their own research and see what is really going on in the world right now and not what we're programmed to see.

Everyone has a right to their own ideas and beliefs. Stupid ideas and beliefs do not become unstupid just because someone holds them, though. I could care less whether you "offend" someone by posting this or that lamebrained idea. You have a right to be an idiot, and I would never stand in your way.

FWIW, I am a fairly diehard catastrophist and think we could easily see a decline of the world's population by over 90% over the next decade.
 
I guess I should also add that I am such a skeptic about the "established" sources of information that I almost never dismiss out of hand the most wild ideas. I catch the dickens in here often for posting some really outrageous ideas about vaccines, population, the demise of the dollar, the collapse of the USA, and the foolhardiness of assuming that the conservative movement is an effective antidote to the trend towards leftism..... so Cletus and I aren't roomies anymore. I don't knock a set of ideas just b/c it is outside the mainstream, as my wife once complained "why is it that every time you start out in the middle of the road you feel compelled to swerve into the ditch?"

Then dont be shocked when people ask you to show your work. But I am glad you at least acknowledge the numbers on that website as "fictional", because with no explanation of theory, sources, methods, or anything, that is all they are. Fiction.

Considering that most people are having fewer children than their parents did (many having one or no children at all), and the 'boom' of the baby boomer generation is getting older and will leave this world sooner rather than later, Its natural that the US population will decrease in the coming years unless its made up with immigration.

I seriously doubt it will decrease by 2/3 of the whole though. 10% would be a more believable number to me.

For the record, I don't "predict" a huge drop in population. Lower birthrates would cause things to drop off considerably (Russia and Europe are good examples), and when you look at projected population in China, it is absolutely freaky. Around 2050 and they will simply fall off a cliff, if present trends continue....
I think we could have a huge reduction due mostly to over use of antibiotics, leading to superbugs. No predictions, just an uneasiness.....

Kudos and congratulations, you've effectively came to the side of the masses to be their modern day Achilles. I find it quite humorous that grown men start tagging someone for their infinite vocabulary and linguistics simply because they may be lacking in that very same area. However, insulting an argument is not even a comparison of myself as being "smart" in comparison to some of the meat heads you encounter. It is just calling dumbass by its name. Or should I have instead continued blathering forward, spouting my knowledge of stock market trading and how Fibonnaci retracement (if charted correctly) is almost magically alwaya correct, just as it is in geometry and the human face. How, someone with a keen eye and the drive to study patterns, whether short selling or going long, good practical planning can be highly profitable. It can also bite you in the proverbial ass, as you watch the cup and handle form on a pattern, just to see the bottom drop out and once hitting the stops set by day 100's of day traders, it bleeds out further like an badly sliced artery. All the while you sit on the edge of your seat, hands sweaty, as you press the sell button, only to hawk the ticker and watch to your own dismay as the stock rebounds, closes higher than the previous days close, effectively continuing the bull pattern.

Anyway, I can go on and on, but its pointless and other than speaking in defense of myself, I'll typically sit on the sidelines, looking for a firearm or two. Lesson learned here. Also to everyone else (I can't remember the name of the gentlemen who called me "gnostic"), I have not posted my ideology because it is exhausting, complex and just the mere telling would take a while to compose, the citing of sources would be doubly as long. Can't claim to have any head for trading myself and, being in the tech field, I don't trust crypto currency. You'd be surprised how luddite techies are, you deal with tech all day, you learn to appreciate low tech; I find etherium aptly named.

That said, I don't think Tails is warranted for crypto trading. Using Tails is the tech equivalent of Burt pulling out the elephant gun in the old classic, "Tremors." Change DNS, VPN, Veracrypt containers, maaaybe Tor, all you should need.

Or should I have instead continued blathering forward, spouting my knowledge of stock market trading and how Fibonnaci retracement (if charted correctly) is almost magically alwaya correct, just as it is in geometry and the human face. How, someone with a keen eye and the drive to study patterns, whether short selling or going long, good practical planning can be highly profitable. It can also bite you in the proverbial ass, as you watch the cup and handle form on a pattern, just to see the bottom drop out and once hitting the stops set by day 100's of day traders, it bleeds out further like an badly sliced artery. All the while you sit on the edge of your seat, hands sweaty, as you press the sell button, only to hawk the ticker and watch to your own dismay as the stock rebounds, closes higher than the previous days close, effectively continuing the bull pattern.

Anyway, I can go on and on, but its pointless and other than speaking in defense of myself, I'll typically sit on the sidelines, looking for a firearm or two. Lesson learned here. Also to everyone else (I can't remember the name of the gentlemen who called me "gnostic"), I have not posted my ideology because it is exhausting, complex and just the mere telling would take a while to compose, the citing of sources would be doubly as long. I never mentioned Gnosticism. Yes I do use the Septuagint, Zodhiates, Strongs and Green’s for the actual meaning and context of the text. Throuoight the years I’ve also seen KJV and many modern texts are damned close. Being bilingual helps one understand just how difficult translating literal words, and the meaning many times has different results.

A great writer and communicator eliminates 90% of their words to effectively communicate, and keep their audience. Your word for the day is “pithy”.
