After getting my PSA 300blk pistol cerakoted and re assembled I added a Romeo 5 RDS and got it out to the range on Thursday.
I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first AR pistol and 300blk but I can happily report this thing is stupid fun to shoot!
I sighted in the Romeo 5 at 50 yards and shot the Remington “Freedom Bucket” 120gr ammo, once zeroed I was able to maintain 1” groups with ease, at 100 I was doing 2” to 3” groups off of a rest, I’m pretty sure with better ammo and a magnified optic I could get much better 100 yard results but this is a lead slinger not a bullseye gun so I’m good with the results, once I get a better trigger and a few other additions added I’ll try again and get some pics.
Since I already had the optic I’m in this for right around $450, not too shabby for something this dang fun to play with, I wish I got one sooner.
