870 Police Magnum

None that you really need, but an extended mag tube is nice.
 
Cut the barrel to 14” and add a +1…it’ll be close to flush. 😎
 
Depending on the age/condition magazine spring (taken care of with an extension), carrier spring, sear spring, and hammer spring. Maybe too tactical but I like an extended safety as well.

This. I added the Wilson +2 and an Esstac shell card, that’s it.

Doesn’t seem like this current massive batch of police magnums has any significant internal wear so you most likely won’t have to worry about replacing internals.
