It is a very good system. Easy to access and see what you need quickly. I have many different medical kit bags, boxes, etc and this is my favorite. I can not see myself going back to a different system. For large quantity and bulk items I use a different system but that is used at home or thrown in the bug out trailer.

I like the overall design, roll-up and all the pouches, My only concern is that it seems a little big.

I guess that would depend on what you want to carry, how you want to carry it, etc. This is not an IFAK it is more for building a "large" kit with many different items. They also make a small one also.
