One of the local McDonalds tried to implement the same drive thru process and failed epically. Nobody does it like Chick fil a.
Quality of employees
No one can deny the level of service at a CFA compared to all other fast food places.
They are always pleasant, always happy to help, and they're not charging a quarter per condiment packet like some folks.
You get what you pay for, at least usually.
The CFA Drive Through doesn't work if the employees mumble... jus' sayin'!
it's all in management and training. No reason that one store can pull from the same pool of employees and get a better result than the others. Smithfield's Chicken is the only one that competes with Chick fil a in customer service and they are starting to slip some.
No doubt quality of employees; and good training/management. I also can’t help but notice that most CFA employees are high school/college kids. Seems like most of the adults I’ve seen have been managers/store owners as well as a few old timers likely looking for part time work. As opposed to other places where it looks like ppl are lifers.
Here's a picture my wife sent me today from the VA in Kernersville.
I see it's giving her the bird.
@Jeppo, yer pen is broken?
What happened? Did GunBelt discipline you?
The real secret is the CFA corporate is very involved and controlling of their franchises instead of letting any moron open a franchise out on Lasalle somewhere.
But the comment did make me think of the parallels between Burger King and .gov desk jockeys meeting the minimum requirements for being considered living humans.
Oh, I missed that...
