Just came across this neat looking (key word) car build.
A Swedish guy took an American muscle car and put Japanese influence into it to build a very 80s looking ride.

It's not fast, it doesnt handle, but, dang, it looks neat.
Apparently almost nothing on the outside was bolt-on, if he bought it it still had to be modified to fit (most body pieces were made for an early 90s Nissan 240sx)

Those Super Advan wheels give me a huge boner, but not as huge as the dish on those rear wheels.

When I was 16 I found an old widow who was trying to sell a red manual trans Daytona for ... either $3500 or $4500.
My dad decided to take it on a test drive without me...
Then he came home, said it was a great deal on an awesome car, that it accelerated like nobody's business, and there was NO WAY he was going to let me buy it.

In the video I posted, he got the one that had an auto and one of the lower rated engines possible that they put into it.

I can tell you watched the video because that's EXACTLY what he was wearing, but his shirt was not named Crockett, it was Schuyler.

I've never played the fast car thing. Fast bikes cost enough & get me in enough trouble, that I never played that game with cars.
