Accurate 2230 in the .223

Anyone using this in a .223? It was available so I bought a pound. I have several hundred 69 grain SMK's that I wish to try in a bolt gun.

Hoping someone could give me some data/info so that I could save some components.

Sierra's manual says max (+p) charge for that is 23.5. Accuracy load is Varget @ 25.3.

Looking over other bullets, it appears 2230 is a lot better for lighter bullets. It has near top ratings for 55gr. Also this is for 223 listing. When manuals do a listing for 223 and 5.56, the 5.56 will have a higher pressure rating.
