Adding placard to LBT 6094

I have an older LBT 6094A and obviously it doesn't come with clips for a placard - should I try adding one or move on? What's the best way to add one?

I don't know that I have seen an aftermarket addition of clips, but I am sure with the right sewing machine it can be done. The question is, is it worth the money (based on moving on or figuring out an alternative)?
