AM/FM/SW portable radios

Well my 20+ year old went TU due to someone leaving the batteries in it and corroding beyond repair. I'm looking for a reasonably priced unit that is dummy proof to operate. My old one was analog and I see many digital ones out there now. I also need a decent portable antenna to go with it.
