Is there such a thing as inexpensive practice 5.56 ammo in 75 grain or 77 grain or is it all match grade expensive stuff? One of my rifles really loves it and I would like to shoot it all the time but don't want to spend crazy money. Would love to find some inexpensive brass case or maybe even steel case stuff

Inexpensive, no. AAC makes some that’s less expensive, and Mead frequently has sales on theirs but shipping isn’t cheap.

oh just found PSA has AAC 75 grain HPBT,15 boxes of 20 rounds (300 rounds) for $194.85

with tax and shipping it's about 0.745 CPR
