Well it is WV after all. Crazy thing is anyone I have ever personally met from WV was Solid- give you the shirt off their back and more- but there are totally bizarre things that happen there when Big Money and politics is involved. Nepotism, graft, waste, on and on. Sad thing is the good folks there get pissed on a lot,
and with coal getting harassed the way it is, a lot of willing wage earners are getting tossed. Add in Meth and the Opiod market and WV gets it from all sides.
