If you have the wood wood glue will likely hold. Buttplate may be a lost cause as I never had much luck having glue hold those together for long.
If you do not have the missing wood it looks like you could reshape the stock to hide it but you are talking refinishing the stock plus the fore end to match. That is probably not the suggestion you wanted to hear.
 
It can be patched if you don’t have the wood piece. The buttplate could be repaired with tinted Acraglass Gel, but a replacement plate from NC Ordnance would be better.
