After putting on a Holosun green dot on my Glock 19, it did not fit into my paddle holster the way I was hoping. I saw an on-line add for the VersaCarry OWB holster with 35% off so I figured I would give it a try. It came in over the weekend and I do not think it the quality of my other holsters but I do not want to rule it out, Is anybody here using the VersaCarry holster? To be honest, this gun is my night stand gun and gets carried not very often.

I have a holster, belt and two mag carriers from versacarry. They were purchased together during a sale and I have been happy with all of it. No issues with anything in two years of use.

I have two of their holsters. One sized for a G23 and the like, and the other is for a j frame snubbie. Both owb.

The G23 one is my range holster here at the house. It fits all of my standard sizes plastic pretty good, and plenty good for range duty. Also good for general purpose shoot from the draw stuff.
The J frame one fits several also, j frame/LCR/etc.
The leather is not soft, but it has more forgiveness if that makes sense. They use water buffalo. I like it. It works nicely for the 'envelope' approach they use vs. form fitted.
The stitching is not the size of clothesline but it's holding up very well. Seems they use a small thread/tight weave. None of it has let go or even close.
I love the belt loops. Might be my favorite part. Big, wide, generous. My 1.75" belt slithers right through.
I like the 2-tone look they do with the black/brown also.

The j frame one is fairly new and I got it for $35 shipped.(sale) That one I really got for the LCR in 327. But the other one I've been using at the range for 5 years now I guess? I jam all manner of guns down the throat of that thing, including ax handles like the G41 and PPQ45, and it's holding up pretty damn good actually now that I think about it.
They fit snuggly without being overbearing, cover the trigger, muzzle and all that. Yeah. I'd say that would be a good choice for the bedside container especially if you can get it on sale.

Oh one thing. Give them some time to ship. Takes 10-12 days to get to my house.
