Lol. Sorry no video.

I was out on the driveway today clearing two small locust trees that started leaning over my 12 ft. aluminum single axle trailer after all of the hard rain we've had this past week.

Not thinking, I jumped up on the back of the trailer holding my Fiskars Lopper to lop off some branches that were hanging down low on my trailer.

I immediately and instinctively activated my skateboard skills from my youth. When I noticed the trailer was moving, I looked up and saw that the trailer tongue was airborne. Instantly I turned sideways and put my right foot forward, I'm left handed, and my left foot behind me. I rode that sucker for about 10 feet before I finally ran forward to get the trailer jack foot back on the ground. Lol!

This could be a new southern sporting event.

Take's one way to move it forward. ;)

Been there but quickly moved once realized it but it is a bit of a surprise. Brother added a new element several years ago he had truck and trailer hooked up and pointed down hill and started up ramps with a tractor and truck and trailer took off down hill same way with him riding the ramps since it had taken weight off rear of truck. Luckly he quickly backed back off so it would stop before jack knifing it.

That'll wake you up! I did something similar driving a mower up on the trailer without it hooked to the truck. Had to change my drawers after that.

:D

I saw it used one time, bout two plus years back. :D
I have one like it, but mine looks used.;)

The one you saw was the 10 footer I used to own. I traded it in last year for this 12 footer. That's why it looks all shiny and new. East Coast Trailers gave me a heck of a trade-in deal for a 12 foot trailer. I think I only paid about $300.00 for this new 12 foot trailer after trading in the 10 foot trailer. I was told that the manufacturer was discontinuing these single axle aluminum trailers.:)

You , like at least two others of us on the forum (@Goofyfoot2001 I assume) ride correctly, not necessarily because you’re left handed. It’s also quite convenient when surfing with others. And yes, if I’m on something and it moves, instinctively I’ll assume the rider position.
