I’m trying to get a better look at some rifling. Near the muzzle it looks, and feels, like someone cleaned it with a steel brush in a drill, want to know how deep they went.
 
I got one that hooks to my phone charger port. It works really well but don't fit my new phone. If you have a older android it my fit. Which phone do you have?

what I’m looking at is not subtle, just want to see how far into the barrel it extends.

Not looking, but I am surprised at how affordable they have become. Hope to borrow due to urgency, but thinking I’ll be buying soon.
 
I have an old whistler brand gizmo. witha tiny mirror. It should fit into a .40.
I will be working in waxhaw tomorrow could possibly meet around lunch
