Anyone have experience using Tarheel State Arms for a can?

Tar Heel State Firearms? In Matthews?

Or you’re talking about this place?

I don’t know anything about them.

THSF in Matthews is highly recommended…but I don’t use the SS network.

Yes. I had some engraving done by his wife on my sbr’s. At the time, didn’t realize he sold suppressors. Don’t know if he stocks many, or if most of his sales are order and wait.

I got my B&T TP9 suppressor from him. He's great to deal with. At the time he was the only dealer that had one in stock. Great communication. My only issue is that I live three hours from him and had to drive to pick it up (but that's nothing against him). I would gladly deal with him again and highly recommend his business.

I also use Tarheel State Firearms for everything with NFA transfers from Primary Arms and Capitol Armory. The way he's set up with Capitol Armory, there's no direct involvement, but it allows them to ship suppressors directly to your door, with all the eForm process being done directly with CA's customer service, which is a bit slower, but nice if you live a decent drive from Matthews.

Scott and his wife at THSF are super efficient, give excellent service, and are great to deal with. I’ve done and sbr an two suppressors with them. They are gtg.

There is also @secundushere in pitsboro. I have had some ftd transactions with him. He is an 07/02 and has a kiosk to make thi gs easy. I give him a solid A rating. Clear commutation and does what he says.

Scott is an easy guy to work with. They also do engravings for form1 items. He did my photo, fingerprints and everything needed.

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve gone to see Scott and it’s nearly 3 hours one way for me. He’s GTG

I appreciate the kind words.

I have had engraving done and bought quite a bit from THSF and they are excellent.

Reading and comprehension... The store the OP asked about was NOT Tarheel State Firearms. The OP asked about Tarheel State "ARMs"... Not "Firearms". Now if the OP inadvertently shortened "firearms" to "arms" then we all know at this point the following Scott has at THSF.

He said the guy’s wife engraved his SBRs. Scott’s wife Teri does all the engraving. I asked the question early on and I’m not sure he ever clarified the answer…but the engraving post led some/most/?? of us to think he meant THSF.

Maybe he’ll finally answer it now. 😁
