Ours is pretty similar, mine is also an RF15I installed a B5 curved trigger guard today. And I didn't crack or break any receiver ears, so all is well.

Besides an initial break in period of one particular brand of ammo on day 1, this thing has had zero malfunctions or problems. You have any issues with yours that I should be looking out for?
About 500 rounds through mine and absolutely no issues. Only with the cheap magazine that came with it, which is not the rifles fault. The feed lips completely spread about 23 or 24 rounds into shooting the mag which was weird. Nonetheless the mag is now in the trash.Besides an initial break in period of one particular brand of ammo on day 1, this thing has had zero malfunctions or problems. Something to look out for I guess. The mag that came with mine (Elander) is steel and seems pretty stout. Much heavier that my USGI aluminum mags. I don't see how it would bend but I'll definitely keep an eye on it now.About 500 rounds through mine and absolutely no issues.
